The workers were on time, they worked hard but after we got to our new place they realized it was more work due to the stairs involved. After the two hours I had scheduled them for they said they had another job which wasn't true because they moved us up since their first job was canceled and they were still on our original scheduled time. So they ended up leaving the rest of our items in the garage and now I am tasked with trying to find additional help to finish the job. I will never use the service again and definitely will not be recommending your service.

The guys were on time (actually 15 minutes early). They completed the entire move in record time and worked very hard. It was a tough move to the second and third floors. Amazing amount of work by 2 guys! I highly recommend Samuel Services.
