Timothy Keeler of Safe Movers of New England LLC, and his coworker were, quite possibly, the quickest, most efficient and friendly workers I have hired in any capacity in the last 50 years. They showed up on site promptly at 6:00 a.m. and set to work unloading a 26 foot moving truck packed to overflowing with heavy furniture and a multitude of boxed items. Not a single item was damaged, and they were distributed throughout my new two-story, three bedroom home as labeled. The truck was emptied, completely, in just two hours! They were absolutely amazing. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. My family and I were truly impressed. Thank you Tim!

They were on time and took special care to wrap all of our furniture with furniture pads he suggested I have. Even though they were late, I would hire these guys again in an instant. They were professional, worked hard, and blew my mind away with how much they got packed into my storage unit. I was certain when my storage unit was delivered that I was going to need a second unit. They got so much packed in that all I had left was a few small things to have family hold for a few months!

These guys are the best! They had to take multiple pieces of furniture off of my back porch of my second floor apartment (because the stairs were too narrow) and handled it like it was no big deal. These movers were on time and very helpful. They were fast and efficient, and very friendly. Timothy took the time to explain to me how he was loading my storage pod and why he was doing it that way. They were careful to make sure all of my belongings were loaded safely. Timothy even said I did a great job packing, which was a pretty great compliment coming from him! They made a potentially stressful experience very quick and easy. I would definitely recommend them and plan to use them again when I need to unload my storage pod!

they were on time, and that's the best I can say. Did not bring any tools, had to unpack mine. Wasted a lot of time coming in the house without taking item back out with them. Damaged a desk and two doors and door frames. The Pod was packed poorly, and when I addressed it with the coordinator the next morning he was very aggressive and sarcastic. He did repack the pod the next morning, took about two hours but he got 15 more boxes in, and took two boxes and a few odd ball items out. He did not want to listen to my concerns and never asked to see the damage I told him his employees caused.

We are very text message oriented, so keep that in mind. On moving day you can expect things to be moved with care and concern. The physics of the loading is our specialty so you won't have to worry.

We arrive within planned parameters and if for any reason the schedule is sliding at all off track you will be the first to know.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please box and seal belongings. Use small boxes for heavy items and large boxes for lighter weight items. Furniture pads are quite worth the cost of the rental so don't forget to ask your container provider to include them.
