First let me say, I hate to leave poor reviews. However, this was so bad, it warranted me speaking up. At first, the Express team seemed all right. They were punctual. They worked steadily. They weren't afraid to lift heavy items. HOWEVER. The job was badly estimated from the beginning (a 2 hr job turned to 4 and was then left undone, much to our dismay). When the crew left, they left the back of my trailer wide open with the ramp semi-hanging out, and they packed the trailer so inefficiently that they ran out of space. (By contrast, my movers today, A-1 Loyalty, loaded my trailer so efficiently, they got all my boxes in 1/3 of the space that Express Movers had used.)
I had a panic attack when they left. I understand they had another job to attend, but if the job had been estimated correctly from the start, we would have had 4 people for 6 hrs.
I don't wish the folks at Express any ill will. However, I recommend they get some better training on how to estimate jobs and do truck loading. The crew was simply too inexperienced. And in the words of today's mover, "That is the worst packing job I have ever seen."

They were very kind and pleasant workers and did a good job. If I had any negative things to say, it would be that they did not bring any moving dollies to help the job along and that they spent too much time on their phones. We did have to extend their time and they worked very hard getting all of our things to fit into our storage unit.

This team if 2, Will and Jonathan, were fabulous. They were Uber organized, very attentive to fragile marked boxes, and super professional. I will DEFINITELY call upon them again!! The best movers that I have ever had!!!

These guys were great! They were on time and they worked exceptionally hard in the horrible heat and humidity. They were extremely careful with all my things and worked very efficiently. What training do you provide your crew members?
After being hired, the new hire becomes a Temp and attends Orientation, and learn all about the company and it’s expectations as a professional mover. The mover goes through two days of training with Supervisor. He or she learns the proper way to handle boxes and furniture, as well as works with a moving crew. After the two day on-site training, the mover takes an Exam. This tests the knowledge he or she obtained during the two days of training.
