Supposed to arrive between one and 2 PM. Did not arrive until after 4:30 PM. Caused us to pay an extra day rent on our moving truck. Because they were so late my husband and my son did as much work as they did trying to get the truck unloaded. This was not the service I expected. I feel like I deserve a partial refund because we were paying for their help not my husband and son to have to do half of the work. Also because of the rush to finish my furniture was put in the room but not where it belonged in each room. I would not accept this are a helper service again
