I rented my truck and waited for Smart Move ATL movers to come for the appointed time. After an hour of waiting, I received a telephone call from a man -Robert- who stated that he was on his way. He had lost his crew the day before and was trying to find someone to help him. I called him 45 minutes later and he was across town, picking up his wife from work, but was still coming to my house for the move. 3 hours later, I returned the rental truck and never was moved. As I was returning the truck, "Robert" called and offered to move me for free the next day if I would rent another truck. I was not willing to spend more money on a truck and miss more time from work. Especially, since I did not believe that he would show up.
Terrible service from this company. Not dependable.
