These guys did a good job moving us. We only requested help unloading off our uhaul into our storage unit. We had items still needing to be brought to our apartment and unloaded but we didnt hire them to unload there. They offered to drive to our apartment and help us unload there too which was very helpful even in the heavy rain fall.

Originally scheduled to arrive between 8a -9a, Michael the mover called the night before to say he wouldn't be able to arrive until between 9a-10a. Not ideal to receive such a last minute call but we thought we could still make it work. (We had arranged for guys to meet us in Houston to unload at 4p.) Well, Michael and his helper did not arrive until 11:15a - more than 2 hours late! And just 45 minutes before we needed to depart to meet our movers in Houston. Their late arrival wound up costing us more than $200 on the back end of the move. In addition, Michael seemed sloppy in his work and not savvy about loading and stacking items on the truck, and he broke the leg of an antique table after he shoved a heavy jack into it. Michael's service was completely unsatisfactory and a waste of time and money, and his behavior was thoroughly unprofessional.

Michael and his mover were supposed to arrive between 9-10am. I had the elevator reserved til 12:30pm. They didn't arrive til almost 11:30am. My little 15 yo brother and I had to do most of the unloading without them to ensure we finished in time. When they arrived I could tell they were not true professional movers however I was now in a bind and needed help. They smelt of cigarettes and my little brother could smell weed on one of them in the elevator. The guy had a hat on down low so the next time I was in the elevator with the guy I looked at his eyes and yes he appeared to be as high as a kite. I meantioned it to them and they brushed it off. They did work quickly however not with gentle care of my things. It wasn't a sit back and let your movers take care of you kind of move...My brother and I had to help the whole time to ensure we were complete before the next movers arrived (which we were given a little extra time bc those movers were running behind...had they of been on time we would not have completed my move on time). This was not a good experience. I would not recommend them. I pre-paid for two hrs and they worked for 1 1/2...and where over 2hrs late.

They were late -but it was due to rain holding up previous jobs. He was very good about keeping me updated on their schedule. Very hard workers. Very good job. Would use them again.
