After finally reaching my destination and unpacking our truck with VERY CAREFUL PROFESSIONAL movers there were a few items I was upset about. A quite expensive canvas I had just purchased was heavily wrapped in protective covering from the company from which I purchased it. As were my couch and loveseat. The movers were coming from another job because the other crew didn't show up. They were tired already, but wanted to still pack the truck, it was late and I had no choice but to let them finish the job. My canvas is ruined, it's dented and the frame is chipped and broken, my bed frame is broken, and my dining room table is damaged with huge scratches when I specifically took it apart myself so the would NOT damaged it but still did, He dragged my expensive mattress and box spring across rocked concrete I wasn't sure at first but when we UNPACKED the scratches, rips, and tares proved he had. We even tried to help because I knew they were already tired and it was late... NOW I am truly upset and hurt because I still gave them the benefit of the doubt when their first crew lied about the their whereabouts and I had to wait for the next crew. I suggest if you can't keep a watch on everything they are doing, DON'T USE THEM.

Both workers arrived on time and ready to work - and boy did they! They went above and beyond to the point of even helping me decide where my furniture would look best in the room!! Wish I had used them for my previous move a month prior! Great people!!!!!!

They seemingly had great service on the loading end, we gave them instructions on what we needed loaded last and what to leave if things wouldn’t fit well. They said they understood and went on to load the truck while we finished packing and cleaning. When they were finished with the truck and had a pile of boxes left we looked at the truck and there were a lot of loose items not well packed and if they had been placed in the truck well all of our stuff would have fit better. Then when we got to our destination we opened the truck and everything we had asked to have loaded last we’re loaded very early and were very deep into the truck. There were many boxes destroyed and things had fallen out of the boxes because of the way they were packed into the truck. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of loading and arranging the truck. I would NEVER recommend this company and would never use them again.

The crew that came out did an amazing job. They loaded everything very quickly and efficiently. The guys were very courteous and professional and I would gladly hire them again.

Kevin and James were a JOY to work with! They did everything we asked, and HOW we asked and were so polite! They were strong and didn't even have to use the dolly for most stuff. They took great care with my furniture and I believe it will survive the 900 mile move far better than our last 1100 mile move where those 'professionals ' destroyed half our furniture! I can't recommend Keith and James enough! Solid guys. Samantha at the home office makes sure everything goes smoothly and they showed up right when she said they would! Check out/payment couldn't have been any easier with a simple text on moving day! I would use Hire a Helper again!
