The guys were on time (actually 15 minutes early). They completed the entire move in record time and worked very hard. It was a tough move to the second and third floors. Amazing amount of work by 2 guys! I highly recommend Samuel Services.

Amazing team! 2 helpers arrived right on time at beginning of my window. Got us moved and unloaded in 3 hours! They helped tremendously with configuring all the bulky furniture in two narrow townhouses. Can’t say enough good things! Recommend to anyone moving!

Unfortunately my crew was about 3 hours late due to the truck having mechanical issues. However, once they arrived they were all hard working, pleasant, and respectful of my things. They even brought some moving supplies to help with wrapping and taped up some open boxes. I would definitely recommend David, Henry, and Gilmer for your next move! Thanks guys for loading up the 16ft Pack-Rat so efficiently, as it only took them a little over 2 hours and I had projected it would take longer (3 guys, 3 hours).

From start to finish this was a great program! Making the reservation was easy and not difficult all. They called to let me know they would be over and at the particular time. The movers arrive on time and immediately started to unload 2 UBoxes into the moving truck. They very carefully packed the furniture with blankets and tape. These two men were incredible. They were on time, polite and very efficient. I could not believe how quickly they loaded our U-Haul. They were careful with our belongings and did a terrific job. Could not recommend them more.

Communication was great. They were always incredibly responsive and arrived within the window they provided. They wrapped my couch in plastic that they provided, wrapped my dresser and credenza in blankets they provided, and detached and reattached legs on my couch when needed with tools they provided. They went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, and I don’t know what I would’ve done without them! Amazing experience, definitely recommend!!
