Confirmed move on more than one occasion, the last time on Saturday evening before a Monday Morning move. On Sunday morning they cancelled my move due to a family emergency, I understand these things happen but I found it unlikely that a fanily emergency prevents all employeesfrom being available. There was no offer to send just one mover or offer to assist with locating another moving company, just a 'sorry we have to cancel.' I hired them because my husband was unable to fly in to help move us out of our house so I guess I am going to be busy trying to be out of this house by Monday afternoon. Very poor experience even allowing for the family emergency.

Didn't call right away, when they knew they would be late. But once arrived, they did the job required with professionalism. Would recommend and use again as they came in listened to my instructions and did the job.
