I received a text and call at 12:12 saying they were at my apartment, I called them at 12:18 asking if they’d come up to the apartment, to which they said no, and they came up at 12:25. One of the movers was very respectful, the other went into how I would be charged starting at 12 “which is when we got here” the mover said, and then he proceeded to ask me to bring the moving truck closer. There were no closer parking spaces when I parked the truck, so when I asked if he’d seen any closer parking spaces when he was walking up, he said “I don’t know, I don’t live here”. Luckily, there was, so I moved the truck. When my wife and I told him which furniture was going and which needed to go to the dumpster, his eyes got wide and asked where the dumpster was, I told him it was just across the road, in the parking lot. Throughout the time the movers were there, he continued to say things, “oh you only want us to move the big stuff, I see how it is”, etc. That is exactly what I hired them for. I thought that was his job. I am disabled and have moved the majority of my apartment by myself. So sorry to ruin his Sunday. They did pack the truck so that was good. They did not close the truck door or throw away any of the furniture, they just left it on the public lawn for my wife to clean up. I’m thankful I won’t ever have to use these services again.

Terrance and Gus did a great job loading the moving truck for us. Nearly every square inch of the 26 foot box truck was packed, I don’t think they could have added any more of the items that were left over in the house. They showed up on time and worked until the truck was full.

Will not use this company again. Things got banged around. Guys only seemed interested in making extra money. Father and I helped a lot because these guys seemed like they were more interested in taking their time to make extra money than actually busting ass and taking care of the customer. No thanks to this place again.

The workers knew they would have to go up two flights of stairs, but they could have organized the job, so more was completed in a decent amount of time. The one guy took one item (whether small or large) at a time up the stairs. He was a bit careless and some of my furniture got scratched. Due to the stairs, we tipped well.
Also, I feel it should have been known that when time was up, we weren't able to request more time because they had booked back-to-back jobs. We ended up doing the rest ourselves which defeated the purpose to hire them in the first place.

They were fast efficient and friendly….. 10/10!! Had a curve ball thrown at them…. Took an hr to solve the issue and STILL got everything we asked for done!
