They did a good job unloading my belongings from a truck that was parked pretty far away, to my second floor apartment, especially in the hot NV afternoon sun. The process was pretty quick and painless compared to the other company I went through to load the truck. They arrived on time and Laura was super friendly! They got the job done in under 2 hours. My only complaint is that some of my heavy belongings got damaged and one was destroyed beyond repair. I wish that knowing my inventory list they would have brought or asked for some sort of moving blankets or whatever they use, because they drug some of my expensive wood furniture across the cement and now it is ruined. If you are looking for basic unloading they are great! However, if you have heavy more expensive things, I'd maybe recommend someone who specializes in that or maybe hire more people so that its is fully supported as its moved.
