We are a 5 star quality moving company and come very experienced,and very well prepared. Especially when it comes to equipment and the handling of our customers belongings. We have Dolly's straps/tie downs/furniture pads. We care for our customers belongings as if they were our very own. John was AMAZING! Very professional and obviously with a lot of experience in moving items. Hard worker, careful and kind. His assistant was also a hard worker. I only have good things to say about both men.
Nothing broke. No complaints. Except when I would try to carry something they would both kindly tell me to relax and let them do it. ;-)

The job turned out to be more difficult than we expected and they powered through. Big respect.

I highly recommend John. He is top notch and a good leader. Adrienne is a good assistant. They worked together very well.

Guys did an awesome job! Showed up on time with less than 24 hour notice and worked hard until the job was finished. Will use these guys again.

Worst experience ever! 1. The appointment time was 1pm, and they showed up on 2:45pm. 2. Their consistently talked on their cellphone, or sent out text messages. 3. They were arrogant and did not listen to my requests. I've prepared 36 moving pads and 1400 feet wraps, I explained to them to save some packing materials for valuable items, and I kept reminding them. However, they still used up all materials before loading half of the truck, and left the chairs of my formal dinner table unprotected, which were scratched during moving. 4. They intentionally lengthened the moving time from 3 hours to 5 hours, and they asked me NOT to input extra hours when responded text message back to HireAHelper. 6. They finished loading 2/3 of the truck and left, when it was around 8pm. 7. They kept complaining there were too much items to load. 8. One of them spent too much time piling boxes over other boxes. I told him there is no need to be that particular regarding piling boxes. They can finish the job much quicker if they didn't spend that much time in piling boxes. 9. They were very arrogant. When I asked them to do something which was different from what they did, they threw up that they've done moving for 10 years, and refused to listen to my opinion. I will never use them again, and strongly do NOT recommend them.

Mover's response:

We called u ahead of time to tell you we were delayed and then u had no problem with it. Then as soon as i got there after i looked at everything you had and needed to be properly protected 'I told u it was gonna be going over the time ordered(guy ordered 2 guys 3 hrs with a 2 story house with disassembleing and pading,when he should have order a 3-4 man crew) ' then u offered to pay in cash. We packed the truck to the very end by the door everything out of the house,you keept adding things that
