They pulled a no call, no show. Never use them! Nobody even bothered to call me back for an explanation of what happened. I wasted several hours waiting for them when I could have been loading a **** truck. I then had to call another service for a last minute move and they only did 2 hours of unload for more $ than an entire move would have cost me had they shown up! I strongly urge hire a helper to stop offering NCASE as a partner in service. They royally screwed me!

Mover's response:

This was a personal friend of owner, whom was going to appear in person to make sure the job was handled with the highest level of service. The job was not placed on the schedule as usual to be assigned to crew, but was rather held in owners personal calendar. The evening before the job, owner was in a car accident, & the following morning was still incapacitated and unable to relay info to crews. Crew tried to contact client numerous times but was unsuccessful.
