I want to preface this with saying that they were polite and we did the best we could in the allotted time with me helping substantially (this was my plan really). I knew going in we would not be able to finish everything and I could load the rest myself. They also took the time to tell me how to best optimize the space and load the rest of my goods appropriately.
My complaint comes in with the lack of professionalism and communication regarding the materials I requested during the work request form and them showing up completely unprepared. I specifically requested a hand truck, tools, and wrap for the soft goods, I was of course willing to pay for it. Without warning me that these materials could not be provided, they showed up with nothing in hand. If I was simply told that they could not provide me with these pieces, I could have gone out and assured that we had the appropriate materials and tools. Why list on the page that you can provide these things if you cannot follow through with it?
As you mentioned you we did all you expected of us. The only issue is you didn't ask for anything more. That's on you Patrick. Best wishes to you and yours. We would be happy to help you again if your ever in need of some help.

Worked nonstop for two hours - would recommend- did well packing the pod tight - took care protecting large furniture items appropriately. - only suggestion for improvement would be a bit more communication to confirm arrival time. Simple email would be sufficient. They arrived a few minutes early so there were no worries.

Despite some tough time constraints, working in the summer heat, and intermittent downpours, Safe Movers did a great job. They worked quickly, they took the time to explain to me how they were loading my stuff to maximize space and also ensure safety, and were overall very communicative.

They did a great job! Tim and Dan were very efficient, careful and communicated well with us. I was hoping to wait until our POD was delivered to see how all our furniture and items came through the move. That is the final test of how well things were packed in the POD. Otherwise, they were exactly what we were hoping for. They were on time, respectful of us and our property, and we recommend them.

We are very text message oriented, so keep that in mind. On moving day you can expect things to be moved with care and concern. The physics of the loading is our specialty so you won't have to worry.

We arrive within planned parameters and if for any reason the schedule is sliding at all off track you will be the first to know.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please box and seal belongings. Use small boxes for heavy items and large boxes for lighter weight items. Furniture pads are quite worth the cost of the rental so don't forget to ask your container provider to include them.
