They worked reasonably hard and were respectful of my property. They were not prepared with any tools and simply gave up on getting something out of the house and left it in the middle of the floor. I would probably not use them again. Just ok.

We had planned to be onsite, of course, for the move, but had unexpectedly lost a loved one and were driving back from her funeral in South Carolina on the day the movers packed our PODS container. When we looked in the container we were dismayed by how poorly it was packed. I had purchased dozens of furniture pads--most were unused. I had purchased 100' of rope--none of it was used. There was lots of unused space overhead. Three boxes marked "Fragile" were sitting unsecured on an unpadded, unsecured ROCKING CHAIR! We were told the movers would have tools to take bunk beds apart--the movers told our friend they were not allowed. My friend took the bunk beds apart. Half got loaded onto the POD, half was left in the apartment. The table top was loaded onto the van, the rest of it was left in the apartment. We were told the movers could stay an extra hour, if necessary, which I authorized--the movers said they had to leave after 3 hours. I hired "professionals" because I have an aneurysm and a knee that will soon need to be replaced. Plus, I didn't want my friends moving furniture down from the third floor. As it turned out, my friends repacked the PODS container (redoing the work of the men I hired). I am not a professional mover but have moved several times. We always packed floor to ceiling and wall to wall, padding and securing each piece of furniture, and filling in all the space. That's what I assumed my movers would do, but it was my friends who did it. Because it took an extra day to move out of my apartment, I was charged another day's rent ($47.50). I had by faith left a $50 tip for each of the movers as well. I did not begin to get my money's worth.

Anthony and Mario both did an excellent job. We could not have been happier. They used time efficiently, were polite, were careful, were strong, and were experienced in effective packing and stacking. They were both smart and found ways to move items, including a piano, with the equipment they had at hand. I highly recommend these two helpers, and if they are any indication of the rest of the workers at Hire a Helper Move Cheap Cincinnati, I would give this company my highest recommendation. It is well worth the money.

The crew was very polite, and efficient. However, due to my own activities, I was unable to supervise their loading of the pod. I am sure they would blaze through unloading, but their loading of the pod, on a scale of 1-10 I would rate them about 3 - 3.5. Furniture was haphazardly “placed”in the pod, two antique chairs were placed in a manner that scratched one and broke one of spindles on the others. Coffee tables and end tables were placed top to top resulting in a few small scratches. Had they needed additional blankets, they could have asked for them. They are the ‘professionals’, and I shouldn’t have to watch or supervise their work. We spent a couple hours unpacking and repacking the pods to not only save on damage to furniture (there are larger pieces further back that I haven’t been able to check yet. The repacking was also necessary because there was quite a lot of wasted space. I was a bit surprised when that they asked about getting a tip about halfway through the job. They arrived 30 minutes early and brought their equipment. They DID NOT take breaks and did put out maximum effort. I WOULD use them again because of their obvious and well demonstrated work ethic and manner. I would suggest that they take more time to place the items in the pods in a space saving and more careful manner

The workers were on time and friendly. Some items did not get put where we asked and there new scratches on some pieces. Overall, they did a good job but, more care could have been taken. The $100 for the hot tub seems excessive as they carried it with little problem and it only took a few minutes.

These guys put everything in the pod like a 3D Tetris game.

Really happy with Move Cheap Cincinnati. Charles and his team did a great job. Tim was very flexible with me when the PODS didnt show up as planned and we arranged for the crew to come out over two separate days. Would definitely recommend!

They were about 1/2 hour late. I called MCCM to check and they arrived a few minutes later. They were very respectful and seemed to take care with my belongings. They were concerned about a bearing that had gone out on one of the dollies so they used the one other one. They stayed busy while they were here. I was surprised when after 2 hours they were ready to sign papers and leave. I realized after they left that nothing had been moved in the basement. This was possibly a lack of communication .

Joe and Dylan were amazing. They arrived when arranged and were ready to start working immediately. Their work ethic was apparent in how hard they worked and the care they took of our property. We recommend this service with out any hesitation.
