The gentleman arrived late by 45 minutes. Started of so great and movers were very nice, and very careful with our property. Then later in the job my husband and father had to leave and get an extra trailer to fit extra items. Some of the movers took breaks while they were gone, even though they were on the clock. Towards the end of move they couldn’t get a treadmill up the stairs and proceded to try to make it work without taking apart. My floors, walls, trim work ended up damaged along with some broken tile. None of which they offered to compensate for. They sid however charge me for an extra hour, which I tried to get out of and they wouldn’t do. I would choose a different moving company next time, or just only let this company move boxes. Also found a few damaged pieces after the move.

Three young men arrived at the end of the two hour time window that they gave me. They brought one two wheeler to unload a 26 foot Penske truck. The young men had nothing to eat or drink (an extreme heat day in KC.) We felt sorry and ordered a pizza for them along with a case of water. When finalizing the bill apparently the breaks including lunch were on me. I don't believe lunchtime should be paid for by me. Also, the young men were not trained, prepared or strong enough for the job at hand.

Overall, they did a decent job. Arrived way too early and we had to ask them to come back. And there was some damage to the bannister in our brand new house. Still upset about that. Otherwise it was ok.

CJS Systems did a wonderful job with our move-out (loading). The move crew showed up on time and worked very hard for us. We had to encourage them to stop and take a break (it was hot). The crew did not have tape or packing straps but I think this is because I did not ask for it when I placed my order - so make sure to put this in the comment section of your order. The guys were so kind and respectful - very hard workers. We liked them a lot. So much so that we've hired them a second time to help us unload. I know it's hard to pick a company when you have many to choose from - but these guys worked harder than some of the Army movers who have moved us in the past. We couldn't be happier - very highly recommended!!!!

They were on time and moved everything that needed to be moved. They worked extremely hard and were very respectful on the property and items. I would definitely use them again. They were also very nice. :)
