The helpers were on time and very professional. We could not have been happier with their work!

They were not as careful with the furniture as I would have liked. We have some pieces that are banged up as well as some millwork.

They did a horrible job of loading the trailer. So much space was wasted and things were packed haphazardly. Only one of the guys was experienced. You can tell they got lazy towards the end. Would never use again.

We were very pleased with the men who came. When we decided to try it, we worried that we would have to supervise to make sure we got 100%. Not so, after a few minutes of us showing them what we wanted it was game on the whole time. In addition, they were extremely careful of our belongings.

Showed up early and ready to work. They worked hard and kept busy the whole time they were scheduled. I would hire them again

They were early! That was awesome, One of the guys was obviously more experience than the other but he was very tired since he just came off a 12 hour work shift. The other guy was very young and willing but just didn't have a lot of common sense. Placing heavy book boxes on top of light linen/pillow boxes making everything fall off the dolly. Progress was very slow. Thank God I had several friends there to help with the boxes! I would not hire these guys again. The lady, Judy, who organized the workers was great and answered all my questions and made sure the guys were where they needed to be. She just needs more rested, seasoned workers. BTW we had to make 2 trips even though I was assured that the truck I rented was more than adequate. Hope this helps!

I had arranged for service as I was moving out of my property in SC and moving to NC...a 4 1/2 hour drive. They were due to arrive between 8-9. Showed up almost two hours late. Got there and didn't have the tools to disassemble bedroom furniture so needed to head back to town to make tool purchase. One the individuals was seasoned at the job and one was a 'newbie'. Both were extremely polite and professional. Furniture was well packed and nothing was damaged in the transport. I would use this company again if they were willing to send two 'seasoned' professionals.

What I liked: great communication with the owner / manger, Judith. They were able to respond on my time-line, the workers arrived punctually and the lead helper was very careful as he moved and reassembled furniture into rooms with newly refinished hardwood floors. They came prepared with dollies and moving blankets. What I didn't like so much was that it was one skilled adult worker and two teenage boys who amounted to "almost" a second worker with minimal skills. One of them worked diligently and the other did not. The adult worker could not figure out how to reassemble an Ikea bed or put the screws back into a four-piece media center. Rather than do damage, he communicated with me, and I much prefer that to someone damaging my furniture with their efforts. I would use this company again for sure, and I would recommend being clear with the manager Judith about the skill-level you need for the job. She seems very customer-service oriented and professional.

Mighty Pro in Sunter was terrific. Helpers were professional and worked very hard to make sure everything fit snugly on the truck to reduce shifting. Very satisfied!
