My movers were suppose to be here between 10am to 11am. I called at 11am to find out status. I was given the mover name and number and made contact with him. He did say that he was unloading a 6x12 trailer in Gladstone and should be here within 2 hours. I called Robert back at 1pm for a status update. He said they were on there way. No has shown up! My husband and I have already loaded almost everything but the heavy items. I've been in contact with hireahelper and they are trying to find me a replacement which could take up to another 2 hours to find. I paying 315 dollars! This is piss poor customer service!

These two men were super helpful. They made sure everything got done very quick and nice. I will absolutely recommend them to my friends and family!!! Im so happy with the experience!

They were supposed to show up at 1pm on Friday. Apparently several different events happened that delayed them until after 7am the next morning. There was not a lot of communication either. They should have just told us that they wouldn't be able to do the job instead of putting us back half a day. When they did finally show up they worked fast, but just left all the boxes out in the open instead of taking them to the designated rooms. Then after all that mess we still had to pay full price. I don't recommend them.

Movers were 45min late, was charged an overage charge for 8minutes (if I had known I was close to going over I would have asked them to leave-last items were very small). One mover left a jacket at my apartment and called repeatedly to obtain it, I was out of state moving to new home and had a friend leave it outside for him-he called multiple times the following day asking me to give him directions to my apartment and asked if I could meet him to take him there. Very unprofessional.

Rob and Tony arrived on time addressed my concerns with the loading of the 20 ft. trailer.
They finished the job on time.
If I ever have to move again in the Kansas City Mo. area I would not hesitate to use Rob and his crew again.

I was concerned because we had a very tight time window. I had been warned they might be a bit late, and they were. But the three young men who did our move kept us informed about their whereabouts and their timeframe. But once they arrived, they were quick, efficient and got the job done in the time frame that we needed it to be done. I would definitely use them again.
