They weren't prepared for the job, taking into account they weren't the first crew. But, any crew should be quick and know how and where to place items. We think they should need no supervision, if any. Get on the job, finish it and get paid. We had to spend 4 hours after they left to finish the job. Unacceptable. I did tell someone in the office, they were slow and incompetent. She replied they stayed a few minutes longer...but they did nothing in those minutes. Clients who need to spend 4 hours longer of their time to complete the load, will never be satisfied. I would never use them again. I could go on...but no need.

What a life saver The Mover was! I had a different company hired to unload my household goods from the moving trailer but they weren't available during the time I needed them. I called Hire A Helper and they found me a replacement in 5 minutes and the team showed up about an hour later! The 2 men assigned to the job arrived fully prepared with any and all equipment needed and they got right to work. They were polite, conscientious, efficient and very fast! I had some heavy pieces of furniture that had to go up a flight of 17 stairs and they were extremely careful and respectful of my belongings. The 2 hour job only took them 1 hour and they had time to help me re-assemble my dining room table. I'm so thankful the first company didn't work out because this team was fantastic! I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend them for your moving needs.
