This company is made of young men trying to earn a fast buck. They did not arrive as communicated, they did not communicate per my original instructions, they did not have the right moving equipment (do not hire them for moving safes), nor did they know how the equipment worked. They caused me much damage and hardship without any return calls to try and make amends. Furthermore, they recruited my help for their screwup!

We hired workers to be there on Saturday March 4th between 2-3 pm. We heard nothing from them by 4 pm and called the 800 number. The workers finally called me around 5:30 p.m. and said they were running late. We agreed to let them come Sunday morning at 8:00 a.m. Unfortunately your helpers had a flat tire and didn't get to our house until 9:30ish. You graciously gave us a 20% discount for all our troubles....which unfortunately didn't account for all the pain I experienced from having to help your guys!!!!!! I am permanently disable - and because they were so late - my husband, niece and I all had to help so we could get out of there. Very bad business!!!!!

They were late, didn't call to let us know they were supposed to show up at 11:00am and showed up at 1:40 which was crap then they were exhausted from a move they did before ours which is why they were late to begin with them the worker gave my husband an attitude in which my husband got mad and told him to leave and he didn't and that same guy dropped a 300 pound tool box on my husbands leg which is now black bruised and hurting after my husband told him be careful how you move it it will tip sure enough it tipped and fell on my husband
