Extremely pissed, my one drawer got busted up on the corner. It happens I know. But the owner of the company will not call me back on how I will be compensated in this matter. Extremely unprofessional!

Obviously unprofessional. Took more than two hour to unload one bedroom. I discovered that they broke my desk and they did not tell me. they do not know how to pack the elevator, which resulted in many trips up and down. I know that the company is good but the mover that I had are not good.

The young men that showed up to our house were amazing. They were polite, professional, were proficient in their jobs. In no time they had emptied my entire truck, swept it out and helped with boxes in cars. They requested a walk through and remembered every room and placed boxes in furniture in the proper place. At the end they asked if their was anything else they can do for us and politely finished the contract. I was very pleased at this company and was happy to work with them.

The three guys showed up on time and strategically packed everything. They were pleasant and cooperative, and hard workers. I took one star off because they put a scratch about 8 inches long in the hardwood flooring while moving couches. it was an accident and they had padding down to prevent this, and the guy tripped over the padding. one chance in a million right? however it did add extra time and money to our moving process as we decided to fix it ourselves. HOWEVER, they were prepared to talk to our landlord and pay for it, and gave us contact information in case any problems occurred on our end because of it. All in all, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Thanks guys!
