Movers were 3 1/2 hours late. They said they were at an earlier booking and the customer did not tell them she had not packed. They called me four times to tell me “we’re running late but we’ll be there “. Booked service for 2-3pm..three workers arrived at 6:30pm. We had so much unpacking and furniture assembling to do and this company really, really inconvenienced us and the four other people who were there to help us unpack. I crawled into bed at 2:00 am after assembling one of my beds. My day had started at 4:00AM in Richmond Virginia where I had loaded my household belongings onto a 26 foot truck that I drove to NJ only to have the truck ready but no one to unload. Not happy with the management of this job and the company. The workers arrived very tired and were apologetic and courteous. They were very good and accommodating, finishing the job in an hour and a half, and deserving of the tips I gave. This was not their fault but rather that of poor communication and scheduling on the part of management. I would hope however that the company refund me a portion of what I paid, at least a third of the three hour job I paid for. Not professional guys!

The service was good but i was billed an extra hour with no explanation. I notified the owner via a voicemail message and submitted a request to be credited back via email but never received a response.

They worked hard and quick. They also accommodated the time change finding a new crew to work later as the U-Haul truck was not available as reserved. The only criticism is that they did not use the available room in the truck efficiently, and I had to pack a lot more in my car than I wanted. I would recommend them to anyone needing help moving.

They worked in the rain and were very nice. However, the packing was not great and some items did not fit, and should have given the time charged (6hours) for a small storage unit and the size of the truck.
