I would have given 5 stars, if not for the last minute communication on when the "meter starts ticking". Otherwise, Shawn and Matt did a great job.

I'll never move everything myself again. The movers were efficient and nothing was damaged (a first for me). They were able to load everything from a two bedroom apartment take it to the new townhouse and unload everything (in the proper place) within three hours. That's all I needed and they do an excellent job.

The A Plus moving crew did a great job! Thanks to them we had our trailer unloaded and everything safely in the house, including the piano, in less than 2 hours. They were very careful with our items, put boxes where we wanted them, and were very courteous to us. Even though it was late in the evening they worked hard and didn't stop until it was done. We will definitely hire them again if we need help moving in the future!

They need to get their priorities straight, especially office personnel. They changed our set scheduled time, then canceled, due to: "over scheduled by someone in the office." This was told to us by someone Whom worked in the office. The guys that did finally arrive the next day were courteous & did get the job done, just 1 day later.
