I was not happy at all with these movers. Three men came and were extremely slow. (I had recently moved with less stuff, and 3 men moved things for almost half the amount of time.). They did not know how to pack. I ended up with several broken and/or damaged items. Most of my furniture is damage. I called and voiced my concerns to Dustin (manager). I requested a refund. He told me they do not have money. I said I would like it within in 2wks. He said they may not have it in 2wks. They do not move too much!?!? I do not know what "company" does not have an account with some sort of funds. He assured me he would call in 2 wks but he did not know if he would have funds. I said he needed to have a better plan than that, but I expect his call in 2wks. It was awful. I felt this company did not care about my things. Things were shoved and thrown into the truck.. Even the movers who unloaded my truck made comments about the packing. Then, I felt Dustin did not want to make it right. I paid a lot more than I should have and will do what I need to do to get a refund.

Very happy with these guys. Arrived on time and good communication. Packages handled very carefully. Will definitely hire them again in the near future.

Showed up on time. Two clever guys, very courteous too. They unexpectedly brought their own dolly (I already had one, but two was nice.) I showed all the stuff to be loaded into the truck, they planned the load and packed it very efficiently. They were very careful with furniture.Got the whole job done in less time than I predicted - fast workers. Very pleased.
