What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You can expect a couple phone calls. First, to congratulate you on picking a great service provider, and a description of the job. Lastly, would be when I'm in route on moving day.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
If you hire me, then you can expect me there. One job took "reliable" from my list of great qualities. I kinda need your help to get it back. You can also expect a professional when it comes to the task at hand.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Start getting ready to move weeks before moving day. Haha. But seriously, wrapping and packing are time consuming. The more you do, the faster we're done. Up to you. Some customers wrapped their pictures. But regardless, once I get there, I will do whatever I need to, to make sure everything makes it to the other side.
What types of moves have you handled?
I've handled just about any type of job as a mover. I've loaded straight off a plane at L.A.X. for the L.A. Rams. From beginning to end. A couple outta state moves. Moves that required a manlift to get items from third story balcony. Moved a library. The only move that I haven't done, which is the most important, is yours.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I enjoy what's new to my eyes. I love the trust our encounter brings. I like the random conversations. My favorite though, is the experience.
What training do you provide your crew members?
How to correctly use our equipment. How to prep furniture for the move, so nothing is damaged. And how to do it safely. Also, courteous carries and with your approval, is when a job is finished

Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
