Both young men were awesome. Fit everything that could fit, tightly. I would recommend both of them to anyone. They were very efficient, polite, Godly men. I’m a Christian and they are too. Not that it matters., but both were considerably nice. I got over heated putting the stuff that I needed to put in my car and my moms car and they made sure I was taking care of. They went to get me water from inside my apartment and took care of my needs. They went above and beyond. Bless them always.

The movers did not arrive at the designated times. The professionalism was good and they were courteous and efficient. However, i bought 24 furniture pads to be used but the movers only used 8 of them. As a result, some of the furniture that was moved got scratched during transit. I specifically told them was to use the furniture pads for every piece of the furniture put in the truck. i have pictures if you would like.

The owner of the company contacted me to say he was sending his two best guys to off load our 16' Budget truck into a 2 bedrooom apartment. Only one guy worked for the company and was 60 years old and the other guy had back problems and does not even work for the company. We hired them for 3 hours and they left 5 hours later, even recruiting some other people in the apartment complex to help them.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
If you are Packing on your own. Prepare all your belongings with the proper packaging materials. If hiring a mover focus on packing your boxes and labeling them correctly. Try not to over pack so things can be moved swiftly and prevent box spills. Be sure to check all dressers or drawers are empty and contents are stored and prepared appropriately.
