The schedule was for three workers to arrive...the leader called to let me know when they'd be arriving.. The team was not well coordinated...three people doing jobs that one or two could have done. The work went slowly. They ran out of supplies twice and the truck driver/worker had to go to Home Depot to replenish. The third team member was not well trained yet, and not really well organized in his assigned work.
Really did a GREAT job of packing the POD...we will wait to see if there is damage by the end of the move, but from watching how they placed and strapped the load and used the space, it looked like a very well thought out and executed packing job.
They finished a bit late but did completely finish the job and left the house/garage completely vacant...and the POD completely filled. The leader knew they had time problems, so did not make any charges over what I had already paid.

I’m not one to write online reviews, but Steve was so impressive, it is absolutely warranted. To be honest, we were just hoping for some extra muscle to help with a couple of large furniture pieces. What we got was full-on professional move support, including wrapping the furniture, loading the Pod and strapping everything down. It was way above and beyond our expectations, and we were blown away. If you’re choosing between multiple providers, pick Strick-Fos. You won’t be sorry!

To begin, Strick-Fos Moving accepted my job within a couple of hours! Next, they showed up on time and with a smile on their face. I literally had just closed on my new construction home 2-hours before they arrived. Needless to say, I wanted "white glove" treatment and I got it. Strick-Fos treated my home as if it were their home. They did such a wonderful job (and were so pleasant to work with), I asked to have them back for my second move!

Steve and Kenny were very prompt and the added smiles were well received. They got a general lay out and ask questions when needed. They unloaded a 16ft pod in just 2 hours. They worked very hard and wasted no time. They were very respectful and handled our property with care.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
It’s always great to be prepared, Our company understands that it can sometimes be difficult to prepare for a move when you are on a tight schedule or last minute. Feel free to contact us for any questions or concerns you may have. We are always available to help.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have completed thousands of local and long distance moves over the years including both residential and commercial moves. We are experienced in disassembling, reassembling, and transporting any type of piano( upright, baby grand and even grand). We can also move any items around in your home for you upon request.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I personally enjoy the opportunity to meet new people and I enjoy being able to travel to different locations that I haven’t visited before. Mostly, I enjoy hearing positive feedback from all of our wonderful customers.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are knowledgeable in wrapping & packaging household items as well as loading each container in a way that maximizes all available space!! In addition, all crew members are background checked and have at least 2 or more years of moving experience prior to starting with us.
