The work was completed within the 3 hours, however I had to remind them of items that HAD to be placed into the container. Otherwise they did a good job.

Steve and his team were awesome. They were running ahead of schedule on the day we booked, and he called to ensure it was Ok for them to arrive early. They were very professional, careful with our belongings and got everything packed into the PODS in a timely manner. Steve and his crew came prepared with dollies, plastic wrap, extra blankets and straps. We will definitely be using them for future moves!

They showed up on time for my move. I needed help unloading 20ft of a trailer into a 3rd floor apartment with an elevator and into a garage. I first heard from them minutes before they showed up. Ryan was clearly more prepared than Steve. Ryan worked efficiently, was good communicator and took responsibility for issues that arose, as can expected when moving an entire household of items. Steve worked extremely slow, had difficulty communicating (He was already on to another topic before I finished speaking which is why he interrupted me so often.) and made excuses for his mistakes, like when he set my clean mattress in the street and then tried to convince me it got dirty in the trailer. I hired this company for several reasons. They were not the cheapest but they had a 5 Star rating. They claim they pay close attention to details. I had to stay with the trailer so I could not watch them place my items in my apartment. After they left, I found several items were placed upside-down like my TV and some of my furniture was not facing outward! Imagine my surprise, when not once but twice my items including a heavy platform bed, boxes and bins came crashing down inside the trailer. Yeah, Ryan came quickly but Steve was nowhere to be found. I actually went looking for him and found him leaving a spare room. I hoped he was unwrapping furniture but he wasn't. The only piece of furniture that was unwrapped and the blankets taken off were was the couch. Their advertising as says that assembly is provided at no extra charge. I had a very good idea of the time frame because I moved nearly the same items a year ago into another 3rd floor apartment. This move took much longer than I expected there was no time for them to help with assembly. I have never had to set up my own bed and TV. I wish I had read the reviews closer. I would've seen their, Steve's, arrogant response to anyone who reports their incompetence. I have moved my entire adult life. It goes hand and hand with my service to the US Navy. I know movers and this company is not worth hiring. They left quickly without returning upstairs to do a walk through and they never mentioned a REVIEW. I did tip them because Ryan worked hard.

Ryan and Steve are truly professional movers! They are fast and excellent packers and used every inch of my pod efficiently! They made moving day stress free. I'm confident my belongings will arrive safely without damage. 10 star service!

I had a damage to my refrigerator file a claim and no one from this company has respond back to me. My claim was December 27,2021. The unloaders said they will also make sure that the office new about the damage. No answer. So upset with this company. Ricky Moore

What types of moves have you handled?
We have completed thousands of local and long distance moves over the years including both residential and commercial moves. We are experienced in disassembling, reassembling, and transporting any type of piano( upright, baby grand and even grand). We can also move any items around in your home for you upon request.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I personally enjoy the opportunity to meet new people and I enjoy being able to travel to different locations that I haven’t visited before. Mostly, I enjoy hearing positive feedback from all of our wonderful customers.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are knowledgeable in wrapping & packaging household items as well as loading each container in a way that maximizes all available space!! In addition, all crew members are background checked and have at least 2 or more years of moving experience prior to starting with us.
