The movers were exactly on time! They knew what they were doing and were very careful when unloading the truck especially because it was packed by different movers in a different city. We had to unload at our house and at storage and the truck was not packed accordingly so it was difficult but the movers worked with us to sort as we unloaded at first location. They also kept within the 3 hours!
Other local movers may lie about their experience & abilities to land the job. We have over 23 years of Real Experience. Between myself and the other mover that was also there, we have a combined total of over 48 years Experience.
We try to work with the customer when possible, but usually we just ask the customer to relax and let us do the work.
Some local movers that try to stretch the job for more money. We are the opposite... Fast & Safe!

Great job. Came prepared and on time.

We are going to use them again for second half of the move.
We always come prepared with dollies, lifting straps, door jamb pads etc. We do our best to make sure everything is placed where the customer wants it and the customers is satisfied with our service. We are glad that we were able to meet your needs.

They were on time as agreed and prepared with hand trucks, etc. They were respectful of our property and goods. Worked hard. We hired them for this second day to unload a second pod that was delivered because they did a good job the first day.
I personally appreciate you hiring us again and the kind words. It was great to have another chance to help you out. I'm glad that you were so satisfied that you decided to hire us again for the second part of your move. If there is a third part (?) be sure to give us a call... thanks again.

Tony and Jerry were early, and started after we walked through the home, very professional, and work orientated
they had our POD container emptied in and hour, and furniture placed in every room, the way we discussed earlier,
I have no problem referring these two to other customers, they are very hard and safe workers!!
if we ever move again , i would surely ask for them again!
they finished way earlier than expected, i asked for 2 people for 4 hrs, they did the job in a little over 1 hr,and like i said was very professional and caring for our furniture, !

T. STEVENS Moving Service is the 'BEST' service that I've ever had!!
Great communication before, during & even after the job. They showed up a little early so Tony 'worked for free' for the 15 minutes until the start time.
They wrapped (and were very careful with) all of my antiques, and especially my 1970's Pinball & arcade games. Professionals all the way.
Tony was VERY knowledgeable and even explained why & how he was doing things. It was clear that his only concern was the safety & proper care of my items.
I was really stressed about this move, but Tony had me laughing & not worrying abut anything. He worked hard & fast, yet cautiously, during the whole time and everything was done without a single bump, scratch or mark.
He didn't charge me for the special foam-wrap or other special materials that he used on my arcade games, Grandfather clock, etc. I just can't believe the great job that he did for me.
I'm disabled and don't have that much money... So when the move took a little longer than expected, Tony came back (alone) after his other job and finished helping me "for free!"
He took care of my precious items better than any other movers I've had..... He also took care of me.
He had a great (positive) attitude and was always happy.
He said that he would give me a stress-free move..... and he did.
I'm happy that you were totally satisfied with our service. Just 1% extra effort can make the job go a lot easier. We try to take extra care when dealing with antiques. Or in your case, antiques plus classic arcade machines.
I'm sorry that you under estimated the time that it would take... but no worries, it was fun & exciting for us both and I didn't mind putting in the extra time for free (I think you deserved it).

T. Stevens Moving Service is very professional and is very knowledgeable about moving and storage services. They were on time and prepared to do the work and was completed in 1/2 the time as expected.
With our years of experience & with the right crew, anything can be accomplished.... but it's the customer that makes it all work well.
You were fun to work for and the truck was loaded pretty well.
All went smooth and we even had a few laughs... what more can you wish for ;-)
