The 4 man crew were polite and all participated unlike other companies I've used. I had to take stars off because they did not assemble my 3 beds as requested and agreed to on the order because they didn't bring their tools. When the company called to make sure I was able to remit payment and I told them the beds weren't assembled, they agreed to call me back to schedule sending someone to complete the job, they never did. So, me and my family had to continue sleeping on the floor and find other help to assemble them.

I was under the impression that they would assemble beds and attach table legs as well as attach mirrors to the dressers. They did put one bed together. They did bring all the furniture in, and one of the guys was very nice, but I won’t use them again. I have 2 family members moving, but I will not refer them.

I wouldn't hire them again. Ordered 3 helpers and only 2 were sent, which resulted in the job taking longer than expected. One of the workers was bad-tempered, and cursed and complained loudly while throwing things around rather violently in the truck - it freaked me out a bit. Packing wasn't done well (not tightly packed floor to ceiling - several feet left overhead), my neighbors complained of the noise from the banging, and I had to ask them to return the next day to re-install the bulkhead properly. Not a very professional company. I felt the workers were exploited, with two being forced to do the work of three. To their credit, they did return to fix the bulkhead, and one of the workers was positive, good-natured, and apologized profusely for the other worker's behavior. I did pay for an additional hour, because they worked so hard, but I doubt that hour would have been required had there been 3 men. I'm satisfied overall, but the problems caused additional stress that I didn't need in the midst of an interstate move.

I had a lot of furniture to move to the landfill. They arrived early. It was a challenging situation for several reasons: 1) we own numerous dogs, 2) the furniture was heavy and difficult to maneuver in the house, 3) the weather decided to pour down rain as we unloaded. The men were hard-working through it all. I reserved helpers for loading and unloading only. They informed me about the "handyman" service which would have met all my needs. That is, they would rent and drive the U-Haul in addition to loading and unloading the items. I would definitely use this "handyman" service in the future.

The men they sent out were on time and worked very hard to get the job done. I was informed that it was really a 4 man job (My fault working thru the web sight and not being experienced in what it takes) But they gutted it up, stayed late and got the job done.

They worked really hard and packed the trucks great until, I had them stop for lunch. I offered to pay for lunch, have it delivered. They refused. I also had the air conditioning on low, plenty of water for them. I requested they take breaks because of the high temperture and high humidity. They refused. After lunch they returned and we're not working the same. After a couple of hours, the main packer came up my stairs and said "how much more, I am ready to go." At that point I just told them to go. I only want people there that wanted to be paid. Yes, I said furniture and appliances first, then we will see what we will lack. They were working so well, I wanted them to finish. But after lunch, they were not the same guys. Thres more anout that, bit not going to post it. The lady was okay , but not the men. We had to hire another company through here. They were fabulous and even offered to come back the next day.

The Bald Eagle team were Excellent workers. They were earlier than expected and very hard working. Did a great job with the furniture and were very polite. I definitely recommend them.
