James communicated with me three hours before his crews arrived, when they were in route and upon arrival. The movers were courteous and very professional. They worked very hard and took extra caution with moving my furniture. They were extremely respectful of the property and my furniture. These young men were punctual, efficient, pleasant and conscientious. They worked very hard, very quickly and used extreme care while packing my china, dish ware and crystal ware.
Would I use them again? YES! I want to adopt this trio!!!! The stress they took off my husband and my shoulders is incalculable!

My son needed assistance in removing his heavy furniture from his third floor apartment in Lynchburg. The men did an excellent job protecting the furniture and packing the U-Haul. They accomplished the task in the allotted time frame. Thanks for the great help!

They were very nice guys. However, they seemed more concerned about doing things fast than doing things carefully or thoughtfully. I had boxes clearly labeled as to which room they went, but everything ended up stacked almost to the ceiling in the living room. Furniture was not handled carefully, either, with a couple of pieces scratched and the outside door was damaged - none of which I noticed until later. But, as I mentioned, they were very nice guys.

The 2 movers that showed up were great did a great job this service site however is a ****ing joke wouldnt recommend hire a helper at all I had to call the movers myself to see if they were coming should have just booked them direct

The folks that showed up did a nice job and were respectful of our property and always asked questions.
The management of the company always seemed confused as to what they were doing and never communicated well at all. I hired 3 people for 3 hours.
When they showed up I was told, not asked, that there were now 4 people for 2 hours.
Later that day another crew called to let me know they were coming over to unload my truck even though it was already done.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You can expect to receive a call from a nice knowledgeable moving professional from our local office location that will go over all your details and answer any questions you may have about your move or our company. A week prior to your move you will receive another call from our office. This call will be to ensure nothing has changed and the date, time and scope of work is correct. We do this because many times with moving circumstances change so this helps to ensure we are all on the same page!
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day you will have a professional, trained and licensed crew show up on time and after doing a walk thru with you get right to work. Our movers are also licensed, bonded, insured, actual employee's and we carry workers comp. We also have a local office that you can call or stop by during office hours if you have any issues or questions before, during or after your move!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The more time you take to prepare the better. Moving is very stressful and many people moving underestimate the time it takes to prepare to move adding extra stress. This can be avoided by starting early. Pack items you wont need way ahead of time. You can even rent a storage unit (which we have and can help you get one) and pack and move boxes and small items over a little at a time. By starting early and being organized it will make your move much more stressful and it will save you money!

We are trusted by dozens of local real estate agents, consignment shops and apartment complexes as well as retirement homes with their customers. We are the number one trusted moving company in our area and we can do anything moving or storage related. We do full service moving local and long distance and can do small moves such as loading and unloading help or just moving one piece of furniture.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of moving is helping customers move be as stress free as possible and getting a job done right for them!
What training do you provide your crew members?
After going thru an application process we have our movers go thru 2 days of video and office training. Then we have them shadow one of our crew leaders for a week learning the in and outs of moving and how to safely move furniture. And then if they pass we assign them to a crew.
