The helpers were prepared for the job, and did the work we asked showing respect for us and our property. They were also very understanding about the stressful circumstances we were in, and worked around what needed to be done. I would use their service again.

Horrible service. They are a scam and I am trying to get my money back that was taken.I hired them and it was nothing but a disaster. They tried to hit me up for more money by telling me they would stay 2 out of the 4 hours hired, and charge me half the price "hired helpers" moving was charging. Offered to drive me to an ATM..Hired helpers is getting screwed by A2B movers. Instead of moving, I spent most of the day calling "hired helpers" to try to get a refund of my $425.00 which was taken within two hours out of my checking account. Had to watch them constantly , until they (A2B) realized they were not getting money on the side, I complained to "Hire a Helper"but the money was out of my account. We had throw A2B out of the house...they were destroying my furniture, almost called the police....

3 men arrived on time, but worked very slowly. It seemed like the one guy was in charge, but it was hard to tell. He spent a lot of time on his phone or texting, complaining how hot it was, and was smoking while working. They did not take extra care with our belongings, for example, putting a wood table top and wood shelf directly on the pavement. I had to suggest that they rest it on a piece of cardboard. Additionally, they didn't gauge packing the truck very well. I have a beautiful wood Canoe, which is 17 feet long. Not only did they not allow room for it in the beginning, which ended up costing me an additional $1000 for extra truck space, the canoe was damaged due to the placement. When I told the main guy I was not comfortable with how he had it jammed in the truck, he argued, "we load these trucks all the time, that's not going anywhere". Well, he was wrong. The guy who appeared to be in charge also made comments that were inappropriate: "Please tell me we're almost done -- and please tell me there are no more boxes!"
The job was pretty straightforward -- empty the contents of 2 PODS into a moving truck. We provided water since it was a hot day and offered to pick up lunch for them so they could keep working. They did not reimburse me for their lunch ($23), but ate/drank and left their trash on the truck & ground. My daughter and I did a lot of wrapping furniture that needed extra protection and transferring items/boxes from PODS to truck. Also, upon unpacking the truck, I was shocked to see how many boxes labeled "FRAGILE/GLASS" were on the bottom, or jammed in spots sideways. There is no way this job should have taken 5 people 6 hours. I would not hire them again, nor would I recommend them. They did not take care with my belongings, many items damaged, they were extremely slow, and, from the way the boxes were packed, it appeared they did not know what they were doing.

Four helpers including Tony (lead for the team?) arrived around 9:20 AM on July 21st. One of the four wanted to use bathroom as soon as they arrived. He was there for more than 10 minutes. He goes to the bathroom again within 5-10 minutes for another few minutes. A second helper started unloading the truck and experienced a minor cut to his finger and asks for bandage - I helped him with a First-Aid bandage - he kept losing the bandage - I provided 3 times. He then wraps his entire hand with a newspaper bag - which didn't stay for long. All of this drama was in the first half an hour. Original Job Description: I hired four helpers from ABT Moving to unload a 26 ft truck, assemble furniture including 3 beds, 3 dressers, secure 3 TVs on their stands/wall, and secure a chandelier. I EXCLUDED assembly of "coffee table/side table" legs and sofa bases to save time. They stayed on my property for 7 hours including 40 minute lunch break+several smoke brakes + frequent cellular talks. What was actually done in 7 hours? 1) Items left disassembled: Chandelier, Dresser/Mirror in the Master, Study Table, Dining table, and a 3rd falt panel TV 2) Incomplete & unsafe assembly - Master bedroom: Didn't secure backboard & headboard with the screws - we experienced a minor injury last night as it fell on our head. Did not secure wood rods under the box-springs for the queen beds. We provided right amount of screws & hardware to assemble dresser with mirror. They only used two screws - just one screw for the large mirror and one screw for the base - making it a very weak and unsafe assembly. We provided 7 screws to properly secure a large flat-panel TV to a table stand. Only four screws were used - rest of the screws/hardware disappeared from the site. The ABT movers were least respectable of our property - They left pizza boxes, used disposable plates, cups, napkins on the sidewalk of my neighbor's property. All of the above is captured on my iPhone and provided to HireAHelper team. The leader of the team uses "F" word frequently with me (the paying customer) - example sentence - "I assembled three beds, three dressers and two TVs. Are there any f_ _ _ ing items need assembly?" I would never use the ABT Moving company again.

These guys never even showed up. I confirmed the arrival time with them 3 times during the week leading up to the move. The time came and went and they were a no show. Beware, I would not use them if I were you.

A2B moving should be called A+ moving because there is nothing second place or B grade about it. The guys were on time, respectful to everyone in the house, and worked extremely hard. They didn't take a break or break any of my property. I would definitely use their services again.
