I needed help hauling a couple of bedrooms worth of furniture I purchased from a friend into my house down the block. A1 reached out to me the day before to confirm the appointment. Come the next day these clowns no call no-showed. Shout out to Hire-A-Helper for bringing in replacement within a few hours who managed to be on time and professional. Can't run a service business when you don't provide any service. Definitely use a different company unless you really like rolling the dice.

Not only were they on time in the morning but they constantly kept in touch by text all day long, letting me know where they were between the loading and unloading locations. They were prepared, coordinated and worked hard to complete the move as quickly and efficiently as possible, while also being friendly and personable! They did a great job to minimize any damage in transit and I would not hesitate to use them again!
