They were not on time, an hour later than we scheduled, they were not prepared, they did not bring any moving equipment, dolly, etc with them. They scratched the front door with the sofa leg,in several places. They need more experience and guidance. I would not use them again, mainly because I will not be living in Arizona again.

I really hate leaving a low rating for a small business. But, in this case I must. The lead gentleman (I believe he was the owner) was very polite and helpful. But, the technical execution was lacking. The second man on this job had clearly not done much moving in his life. He was clearly very strained by moving furniture and I was truly afraid that he would drop something heavy and do damage to my property. Worse, I was afraid that he could collapse from the strain. I had schedule this company for 2 days but after the 1st day I cancelled and got another company.

Helpers showed up on time and ready to work. They did an exclent job handling and packing all of our stuff and everything arrived in one piece. I sure appreciate a-z movers for making this move a good experience. I definately would reccomend this company and if i ever re-locate back to arizona they will be my first call.

I had their service for unloading stuff from Pods container. The provider did contact in advance for moving schedule and arrived on time. They were nice. But, they did not bring 4 wheel dolly for moving my upright piano. Fortunately, we had a contractor here to help them. But, there was minor damage on piano. Therefore, they did not charge me the fee for moving upright piano.

The guys were on time, came prepared with the right equipment and worked virtually non-stop. They were careful with our furniture and other household goods. Couldn't ask for any better help!

we were unhappy with the two men ,they certanly were not professinable movers .they treated our propertywithout care and didnot place them were we reqested .we would not recomend them to our enimies 'we will never use this company again Icould have hired 2 guys off the street and gotten better results.defintly awaste of money sincerely john hamilton
