Very efficient, were a bit late on arrival but worked out fine as they go the job done in less than 2 hours.

2 helpers arrived on time and ended up staying an extra 2 hours as I had more than the original Pack Rat pods to move around. Worked hard and were very willing to do whatever I needed done. Would recommend to anyone who needs moving labor help.

First the overview, yes I would use them again, great crew
Pros: the crew workedvtheirvtails off in 100+ degree weather. They did not stop, every time I turned around they were moving the next load. Extreme care in handling our household good, fantastic attitude, polite, respectful and personable. Just a great crew.
Con: a little late, but with DC traffic it is totally understandable
If you can get a crew with Jeff, Keith and TJ you will not be disappointed. They will finish ahead of schedule and everything will be taken care of as if it was their wn.
Definitely use these guys.

I came to HireAHelper for a late request for help I needed unloading my U-haul. I was presently surprised to see several companies who said they could accommodate the timeline, but was ultimately disappointed and left in dire straights when the company no-showed.
This is extremely unprofessional and I consider it a direct reflection on HireAHelper as well as the vendor BN Movers. I have no confidence in the business processes of HireAHelper if they allow these types of companies to utilize their website. It doesn't matter if HireAHelper says the vendors are independent.
I'm extremely disappointed and will never give this website another opportunity. As mad as I am about the vendor, I consider the vetting process of HireAHelper lacking and in need of repair.

BN MOVERS arrived right on time for the move and were fully prepared. They had to move a lot of heavy equipment into tight spaces and did so without any damage to the property or equipment. They worked very efficiently and loaded/unloaded the furniture with care. The bottom line is, you will get great service for the price. I would highly recommend these movers and i will use them for my future moves.

They were a huge help. We needed help with the bigger furniture and they got it all moved in efficiently and took away the physical and mental stress of moving! We thought we needed them for 2 hours but they were definitely efficient with their time.
