The guys were later than the expected time and when they arrived, they seemed to be in a rush. We began walking through the house for them to get an idea of what needed to be loaded, but they seemed to rush through the rooms, so they could get started loading. They began loading all the packed boxes from the garage without loading any of the furniture. After the larger storage pod was half full, they began loading furniture, but quickly ran out of space. The guys worked fast, but I don't believe the storage pods were loaded the best way possible. I think we could have fit much more, if they had loaded the large furniture first and then put the boxes around the furniture.
Not sure I would use this service again, as I wasn't too impressed with how they were handling our boxes and furniture.

There was some confusion in the beginning that was a little frustrating, but in the end they came through and finished the job perfectly and effectively. I would definitely hire them again.

Very very impressed. It's the right thing when I made decision to book Faction moving team. We hired 4 people and they showed up on time. After our quick instruction, they started to work right away. They are very quick and efficient. We had a lot of stuff in 2 big storages and 2 bedroom apartment. They worked very hard and did help us to move everything in one day. They are efficient and effective down loading our furniture. They work very hard and fun to work with. They did an excellent job with 3 rooms of stuff. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone. They were prompt on time to start. They finished promptly as well. A job well done.

We had a POD delivered and needed assistance taking everything up to the 3rd floor. (TK and other guy I can’t remember his name feel free to add here) They were incredible. Extremely polite and ready to go. It was raining a lot and they were very mindful in making sure things didn’t get soaked. They also helped set things up like washer and dryer and the bed frame. Will definitely request for them when we need help moving again!

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer should expect the crew to arrive on time. The crew lead will inventory the goods and explain the best order to which the crew is going to start loading so the customer understands the best order.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The customer should have personal items and highly valued items separated and set aside. The customer should have items labeled so that can relax; while we complete the work.
What types of moves have you handled?
Our company is experienced in all types of moves residential, pods, commercial, local, and long distance.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is the ability to serve others.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Every member of our team has completed on the job training as a shadow with a team lead. The crew is also required to complete a online training class even the experienced movers have to take the class. We require continues refresher.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

We refund up to one unused hour over our min..
