Good Afternoon I have used your services back in 2013 that was a very successful move. So this time I did not hesitate to use your services again. We this time was not as successful as the 1st. This time the person that was used in Virginia was late and came with an under age person that was not a very good helper. Then once I got to Oklahoma the helpers here were scheduled for 3 PM but never showed and never called to advised. I finally called Hire A Helper after 2 hours.Hire A Helper contacted the movers and advised I would be contacted soon. When speaking to the agent with your company I was advised I would receive 5% off off each hour the movers were late. Well I asked the movers to reschedule for 06/07/14 because no time of arrival could be provided. On Saturday the movers came as scheduled 8 AM. As the trailer was being unloaded it was determined that the sofa, dining room table column, bench and pictures were damaged. I writing this complaint to go over compensation for all items damaged by the loaders. They were on time but there were four people instead of two. I was told they just wanted to leave quickly and there would be no difference in the payment amount.Besides everything they touched being cracked,broke, scratched and not being carefull with wood furniture , I was charged for the four people instead of the two I thought I would be paying for.To me this is not only expensive because of the damage done to my furniture , Paying for four people when I hired two .It is very deceitful ,I will never hire that way again.I know you can't please everyone but if you read this and still hire them , You deserve all you get. I don't mean to be harsh but to me they were crooks that didn't even try to be careful with my furniture

They were very nice. Worked extremely hard and took good care of my belongings. I would recommend them for anyone and will use them again if I move again.

I hired Faith Movers of Oklahoma for loading services. Although, both of the guys that moved me were very courteous and loaded my items very quickly, I did encounter a few issues. First the movers called me less than an hour before they were to arrive and told me that they were going to be 4 ½ hours late maybe more and that they would call me back later. The guy on the phone sounded like he was still in the bed sleep and got a little angry when I questioned him about their potential arrival time. The movers did however arrive only an hour late after I called Hireahelper to get replacement movers. Also, when speaking with their representative about 3 weeks prior to the move, I requested that they take down my bed and I told them that I had a second location in which I needed them to load items. When the movers arrived they said that they did not know about the second location. They also did not bring tools for taking down my bed and they did not have a dolly to move my items. Good thing I had my personal dolly available for use. All of my items were loaded in one piece, except for a very large full glass wall picture that was broken and destroyed. As stated before, the movers were very nice and professional once they arrived. I am very displeased at the lack of communication between Faith Movers of Oklahoma’s representatives and the actual movers in communicating the services that I needed, the insensible response to my questions about their potential tardiness, them not being prepared with the proper tools and equipment to move my stuff, the panic they put me in having to find new movers on short notice, the tardiness they caused me getting on the road and traveling state to state, me having to pay extra fees for being late for my unloading movers in my new state, and getting a cab for my dad to get to my apt because they were late moving my stuff and I could not go pick him up from the airport and finally and I am just totally displeased with way that the whole moving day unfolded, but I do love Hirahelper and will still recommend there services in the future.

Tim, Kelsey and John did a great job. They were late getting there because of delays from rain the day before but notified me beforehand and let me know when they were on their way. None of my belongings were damaged in any way and neither was either house. I would use them again although I hope to never move again!

The movers arrived a half hour early and got right to work loading our PODS unit. They took great care of our possessions and ensured it was loaded securely. They completed what I assumed would be a four plus hour job in just 2.5 hours! I could not recommend them highly enough!
