We had a wonderful experience. They worked quickly and took extra care packing the truck. We were so pleased with there work. Also very happy that they traveled to Macomb, IL. It was difficult to find help there. Would definitely recommend them.

I originally gave these movers a good review. They were prompt and courteous and professional. The problem I had was that they told me they couldn't get my fridge through any of the doors. They tried the front door and garage entrance. I asked them about the back door, and they just eyed it and said it wouldn't fit. So I had them put it in the garage. We went and bought a new fridge, and just for the heck of it, I measured my old fridge. Turns out they actually had nearly 4 inches of clearance without taking the fridge door off. Needless to say, we're really upset. Other than that, they did well.

These guys were great!! Showed up on time & worked until the job was done! They really helped us out a lot!! Our u-haul boxes were smaller than we thought & we figure red there was no way all our stuff would fit. They worked really hard & managed to get everything in!! No way we could have done it on our own!

Jones-Brothers really were amazing. Professional, hard working, early, careful, quick, and listened to every request. I made a huge mistake in my time quote and they added a desperately needed third helper when I called after 9 p.m. the night before. And I really needed to double the time, and we took 2 trips, not just one. Absolutely amazing. I like their website and the listing of all the small as well as big towns they want to server. Keep up the great work and thank you so very much!!!!
