Do not use this company C & C Movers or Hire A Helper.
They accepted the job with full disclosure, claiming they could so the job. once on site they wasted 2 hours of my customers time before claiming they could not do the job and bad mouthing our company to our customer and discussing their pay. then tried to bill us for a cancellation fee, whereas Hire A Helper billed us for the full amount. I had to file a claim on my credit card to get my money back for services that were not rendered.

1ST THEY WERE ALMOST 2 HOURS LATE. THEY WERE UNPREPARED AND HAD LITTLE TO NO EQUIPMENT. I HAD A CHERISHED GLASS PICTURE FRAME THAT WAS BROKEN DUE TO THEIR NEGLIGENCE AND SEVERAL OTHER ITEMS THAT WERE DAMAGED. TO TOP IT OFF THEY LEFT ME HANGING TO LOAD MY UNIT AND DIDN'T ANSWER MY CALLS/TEXTS. I HAD TO CALL A FRIEND WHO HAD TO LEAVE WORK TO HELP ME LOAD IT. THIS IS AFTER I PAID THEM PRIOR!!!! ALL OF THIS CAUSED ME TO MISS A FLIGHT AND COST ME ANOTHER $420 TO CHANGE AND ALSO THE UHUAL RENTAL I HAD EXTRA TIME AND MILEAGE ON, SIMPLY BECAUSE OF THE LACK OF INTEGRITY OF THE COMPANY!!!! I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THEM AND I WANT A REFUND FOR PARTIAL SERVICE!!! I ALSO DON'T WANT THEM TO DO THIS TO ANYONE ELSE IN THE FUTURE!!!

I hope I never move this Gentleman ever again. He is a liar for saying I had no equipment for his move. I had a truck with my dollies and four wheelers with tie downs aswell.
Prior to the move date, Mr. Griffith had confirmed with me over the phone that he would provide at least one furniture blanket per piece of furniture as hireahelper recommends. Let me say that not only did he neglect providing blankets, but he also failed to properly pack all glass, picture frames, encased memorabilia, etc.
This move involved the customer to provide for all material and supplies, which he did not do.
Furthermore, this review violates hireahelpers terms and conditions due to the fact that none of the statements given above on this review, occured during hireahelpers time of service.
In fact, it happened during our direct book with Mr. Griffith.

I needed some movers for my daughter and the first company I called failed to show up and she needed to move asap. So I called Hire A Helper and they found a company that could move her the next day.
They were on time, they had a great work ethic and they got the job done in no time. They went above and beyond to help my daughter who was completely exhausted and maybe not quite prepared since this was her first time moving on her own. I would highly recommend Hire A Helper and C & C Moving Company for all your moving needs.

I get a cancellation when they were suppose to show up. They asked me to give them cash for gas so they could get to my house to move furniture. Very unprofessional business.

I paid for 3 people to move our things from the u haul into our new home. I made a mistake asking for 3 people, because 2 of the men did all the work, and the other one helped a bit, but mostly stood around talking. They asked to take two breaks that turned into 15 minutes each, and that was time I was paying for. Didn't seam fair to me. The younger worker was very very good, and did most of the work. They did snow up on time. They did have a dolly with them, one of them worked very hard, the second, worked also, and the third, not so much. They were very respectful of our property. I would only want the younger one back again if I needed someone to move me.
