After booking you will get an email confirmation from us confirming all the information about your move date and time and also we will provide information about things you will need to do before the movers arrive on your move date. We will also call the day before the move to confirm all address information

The crew will call the customer before they leave our facility so the customer knows the crew is on their way to their residence.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Unplug and appliances, empty all cabinets and drawers except clothing in drawers. Have fish tanks empty of any water and fish. Use closed top boxes for packing all your personal items.
