The movers themselves were great. Arrived on time, moved everything very quickly, and with very minimal damage. However, the company itself was not that great. They advertised that if the move takes less time than what you purchase, you get a refund. What they meant is that the minimum time you can pay for is two hours, so if the move takes one hour, you still pay for two hours. Very misleading, and we likely won't use them for our next move.
