They were a no call no show!! Chad returned my call 5 hours later and left a message like he did not know the name. Remove them from consideration.

Scheduled Brother Moving Services weeks ago. On Tuesday of the move, I called to confirm the appointment; was advised the order was good. On the Saturday morning of the move, I received a text message confirming the movers would arrive between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm. However, the movers never arrived. Additionally, when I called to follow up their status (several times), the call went to a voice-mail. No messages were ever returned. Not only did they never show, they did not even have the decency to return a call.

this was not the worst experience of my life but it is high on the list of absolute incompetence at it's highest form. I spoke to the movers at this company several time before our Saturday move to confirm time and location and they never showed up. I have a husband recovering from surgery, a father over the age of 80 and another 60 year old moving custom bedroom furniture. The brothers company called me at 2pm not 8 am when they were supposed to show up but at 2pm to see if i needed help. i was so past angry i can not find words. mostly i was disappointed that they did not just accept responsibility for the error, they blamed everyone else. I know there are cabs and uber in the area i used them. do not tell me you lost your transportation. LAME excuse and you had my number we spoke several times and you did not bother to call. So will i ever use this service again. NO! should YOU NO

Movers arrived between the times I had been given, worked hard as they had to take everything to the second floor. They were very polite and respectful and I will definitely use them again when I find my new home.

They told us they would be at the location we sent them in about 5 minutes, well 30-40 minutes later they finally showed up. When they were unloading everything they kind of just put everything in the middle of the room, which made getting around very hard after everything was finally unloaded. They did finish an hour earlier than the estimated time, but I couldn't get a refund on the unused time

We were disappointed as we thought we were getting movers to help us that had experience. Instead we got "helpers" who were respectful of our things but we could tell that they had minimal moving experience. My elderly husband had to do alot of the work himself and lots of supervision.

These guys stayed in contact with me about when they would show up. They were very quick unpacking the uhaul and made sure to handle all of my items with care. They were extremely nice and respectful and did a wonderful job!! Great service we would definitely use them again! Thanks guys.
