We were supposed to have 3 men. we got was 1 man and 2 boys. One was his 1st day so he was totally useless. I would not wish this experience on anyone. It took over 10 hours when it should have taken 5-6.

I can't give a 5 because they were an hour late and the third mover wasn't very productive. But as for Dan and Jordan, they had great work ethic, were very careful with our belongings including a piano, and would move items around if we weren't happy with the first spot they were placed. They even put the legs on the couches and all of the beds together, including a bunk bed that had been taken apart to move. If Dan and Jordan can find a third person with their work ethic and productivity, Five Star would have quite the team.

They did a great job. Called before they came to let me know when they would be arriving and once they started they didn't stop. They were very cautious about protecting my belongings and the walls and floors in my apartment. Had all sorts of equipment and materials to make the move as efficient as possible. They were extremely friendly and were willing to go above and beyond. Highly recommend.

The team of movers were excellent and very professional. They did an amazing job of Tetris getting several furniture item strategically placed into the PODs storage unit. Everything was packed safely and efficiently with sections appropriately roped down. I highly recommend this moving service.
