My reservation with Dave was confirmed by email and I personally spoke with Dave over a month prior to my move date. I received an email confirmation on the date my move was scheduled. I attempted to reach Dave by phone as the day went on and he had yet to arrive. I never got a phone call and he DID NOT SHOW UP. Needless to say, this put me in a significant rut. I strongly recommend you DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
