Just wanna say that the owner Kevin, was very pleasant to talk to it was very accommodating, but he was out of town and did not over see what his workers were doing. The workers were several hours late to arrive. When I got to my final destination I discovered that nine brand new shipping pads that I had bought were missing, the men never showed up with any moving equipment or wrap for the furniture. They went to Lowe’s and bought dollies and plastic wrap and tried to get us to pay for them, we did not pay for the dollies we told them to take them back to the store, but I did pay for four rolls of wrap which I was told was included in the labor price. Needless to say I was very disappointed and I would not hire them again with the owner being out of town. Very disappointing

Kevin & Steve both were very hard workers, very professional, & went above & beyond normal expectations. They were very careful & considerate of all my antiques. Would definitely recommend Kevin's Moving! I'd use them again w/o hesitation.

Meticulous work and they were prepared to handle getting a too large refrigerator through the door and unwieldy shaped furniture. The furniture was well wrapped and carefully handled. We will happily use them again.

We moved over 1100 miles, everything stayed securely in place and made it to our destination fully intact. We were very happy with the care the team took to ensure our possessions made it safely across the country.

The window for the movers to arrive was 1-2pm at the storage unit business. At 1:20 I got a call from their office that they would be a little late and arrive a little after 2pm. So I waited in my hot truck in the sun (87 outside). Then another call saying that they were running late and would more like 3pm ish. So I told them that I was going home, 15 min away, so I requested a 15 min notice. I called at 2:50pm to find out that the boys where already at the storage unit. So I ran over there. The guys did a good job move my possessions into storage. They only needed 1 hour.
So a mixed review. Not sure if I will use them in 6 months when I will be moving again, a bigger move.

While they were nice guys, I ended up with some damaged art work. They worked very quickly, but the attention to detail was just not there, also a box full of glassware ended up with broken glass inside. Not too big a deal, but they probably need to be sure to be gentle when the boxes are marked fragile. Otherwise they were fast so it didn't cost much.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Some tips to prepare for moving day are have hallways and doorways clear. If you are doing your own packing, stack boxes along the edges of the room, this allows for more room to move the contents of the room. Feel free to call if you have any specific questions about your move.
What types of moves have you handled?
We specialize in high end furniture, artwork,custom crating, redidential, commercial and rural. We have done instate, interstate, buisnesses, ranches (including horses,goats,chickens) houses in excess of 13,000 square feet. Love the different and challenging moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
In short helping people is my fovorite part of this work. People are always glad to see us and it that makes it worthwhile.
What training do you provide your crew members?
I hire experienced movers. All new employees work under a lead crew member for a minimum of 6 months to a year depending on performance. I personally teach funiture handling,wrapping and truck loading techniques.

We charge an extra 15% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
