Wow, is all I really should say. Wow! But NOT IN A GOOD WAY!!! I've spent months repairing or looking for items that were damaged or lost or just packed oddly since our move. I have never seen anything like it. Toiletries all on their sides or even upside down. What a gooey mess in all of those boxes. Cleaning supplies leaking and mixing together. Not too dangerous! Cast iron pans in boxes with some of my dearest framed art work. No packing material in those boxes. A shame too, since we made sure to have lots and lots of packing paper and 30+ furniture pads. Not to mention they said the pads were theirs and we had to make a big deal to get them back so we could return them to Penske? They did use my expensive toilet paper (rolls) to pack stuff and used 11 rolls of paper towel to pack plastic Tupper ware. Nothing used where really needed, though. Leather couch scratched all over.
