Action Pack Movers

These movers did not show up on the day of the move. When I called the primary contact number, no one answered and I was not given the option to leave a message. When I called the secondary number, I left a message and no one ever returned my phone call. I tried both of those numbers multiple times. When I called Hire-A-Helper to complain, I was told they could "try" to get someone in the area to come help me. I replied they were crazy if I was going to sit around to see if "maybe" someone could come help me. At the conclusion of the call, I immediately received an email saying that Hire-A-Helper/ActionPack Movers were the ones who cancelled the order!! Absolute non-sense and completely untruthful. This was the first - and the last - time I will use either Hire-A-Helper or Action Pack movers. I should have stayed with movinglaborhelp.com as I have for previous moves - I've never, ever had a no-show and they certainly do not lie about the status of orders.
