Not professional. Hard workers but they showed up late and had no professional moving tools i.e. straps for heavy and bulky items. They broke a window and dropped a chest of drawers on my driveway. They now owe me over $600 and the owner Will avoids me to avoid paying for their mistakes.

William was very accommodating! Even though I was booked on a different day, based on a mix up he was able to send two movers within hours on the day I needed to move. Alex and Reggie were amazing. They took care of my belongings down three flights of stairs and made sure the truck was packed tight so nothing would move. I’d highly recommend Tetris Masters and look forward to hiring them in the future. Thank you so much!!!

Will and his team did a great job loading our 15 foot truck. They communicated with me ahead of time to confirm the job and then on the day of the move they called to confirm their arrival time. They were on time, professional and took good care of our belongings. They packed the truck with such skill that nothing moved an inch on the four hour drive and they filled every nook and cranny of the truck. They finished early and were very friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again!
