Do not hire Pennywise Movers if you expect them to show up! They never came to do the job. And I was unable to talk to anyone in person about the problem. Needless to say, I was more than just a little inconvenienced. I had a whole house full of furniture and boxes to unload. Thankfully, some family members pulled through for me at the last minute. Otherwise, I would be living out of a U-Haul for a while! If I could rate them with *negative* 5 stars, I would.

Pennywise Movers did a great job. I had heavy furniture that needed to go up 3 floors and difficult pieces that needed to be transfered from the 3rd floor back onto the truck to go elsewhere. They were speedy, careful and able to come out early on a Sunday morning after Thanksgiving to accomodate me. I will request them again and have already recommended them to a friend who will be moving soon.
