They arrived at 1230. They were prepared. However, I provided my own rope and ratchet ties. I’m not sure if they had any available as advertised on the website. They were respectful of my property. There was still some empty spaces in the POD that could have been packed a little tighter with more boxes. Overall, they did a good job and I would recommend them.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We always arrive 10 min early but we also call 30 min before arrival so your prepared for our crews. We do a walk through of your home evaluate the job and get right to work. We protect your delicate items with blankets in the house and load the truck strategically and carefully so all your goods arrive safely. We don't try to move fast like other movers our guys are skilled in efficiency that's makes it go quickly.without having to rush.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure if you pack your own boxes that they are properly secured. Don't try to take on too much yourself leave most of it to us the professionals. We will take care of wrapping glass tops artwork and fragile delicate items. Make sure walkways are not blocked with boxes or furniture so we don't have to take valuable time to handle items twice. Don't try to load the truck yourself. Usually it will delay us because we have a efficient and skillful way we load your goods. We don't want to have to repack
What types of moves have you handled?
We have moved 17th century paintings, display cases, motorcycles, complete offices, hospital beds, and believe it or not a helicopter on one move. There is basically.nothing we can't handle.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We love everything about moving, but I would have to say my favorite part is the end and the customers express to us how much they appreciate how careful we were with their items and we even get lots of hugs lol. It is satisfying knowing that we made.them that happy.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We have extensive training on the proper way to use the equipment. Protection training so everything is safe. Safety is our number one priority. Then efficiency we are all highly trained professionals.
